About StrutStak
An American strut channel manufacturer with a simple conviction: the framing that holds up mission-critical infrastructure should be made in the USA — and it should ship from the center of the country, fast.
Who We Are
StrutStak Systems manufactures and distributes strut channel framing from a 60,000 square foot production and logistics facility in Illinois. Our roll-forming lines, automated welders, and inventory staging all live under one roof — company-owned, company-run.
We built StrutStak for the way mission-critical construction actually buys: high volumes, hard deadlines, and zero tolerance for supply-chain surprises. Domestic material, in-house production, and central-U.S. freight take the surprises off the table.
How We Sell
StrutStak serves building-materials distributors, MEP supply houses, and the procurement networks behind large-scale construction. We don’t chase direct-to-site retail work — which means we never compete with our own customers.
That focus keeps our production throughput high, our wholesale pricing stable, and our loyalty exactly where it belongs: with the distributors and supply houses who stock our product.
Why Illinois
Illinois sits at the crossroads of America’s freight network — on the interstate corridors that put most of the U.S. population within a day’s drive. Wherever your project is, StrutStak ships fast. And manufacturing here keeps us close to the domestic mills that supply our coil and the regional partners that galvanize our product.
Where We Stand
We’re building StrutStak in the open. Here’s what’s done and what’s in motion on the road to launch.
Three continuous roll-forming lines and two 15-head automated welders operational in the Illinois facility.
Flat-rolled steel coil supply secured directly from U.S. domestic mills, with full mill test certificates.
Regional hot-dip galvanizing workflow established for harsh-environment coatings, alongside pre-galvanized G90 stock.
Final profile drawings and tooling tolerances for solid and oval-slot channel configurations.
Structural load tables and physical performance testing under independent Professional Engineer review.
Full product line — twelve channel configurations plus fittings and accessories — available Q4 2026.
Distributors and supply houses: launch-partner conversations are happening now.
