Capabilities
From U.S. domestic coil to finished, galvanized channel — every step runs through our own equipment in our own 60,000 square foot Illinois facility. No third-party manufacturing, no supplier backlogs, no excuses.
Roll-Forming
Three independent, high-speed automated roll-forming lines are dedicated to standard 1-5/8″ strut channel — producing all three profile depths in both solid and precision oval-slot configurations.
Continuous automated forming means consistent dimensions from the first stick to the ten-thousandth, in standard 10′ and 20′ lengths, ready for the demanding tolerances of mission-critical construction.
Automated Welding
Two dedicated multi-head automatic assembly welders — fifteen synchronized weld heads per line — run continuous fabrication of back-to-back combination channel.
Built-up assemblies are resistance spot welded at regular 2″ to 3″ intervals on center, delivering the uniform, high-strength bonds heavy overhead grids demand — with the consistency only automation provides.
Materials & Finishing
Every channel starts as flat-rolled steel coil sourced directly from U.S. domestic mills, with clean mill test certificates for full material traceability.
The Process
