Made in the USA Illinois 100% U.S. Domestic Steel

Quality & Certifications

Traceable From Mill to Channel

Quality in strut starts with the steel. Ours is 100% U.S. domestic mill coil with documented certificates on every heat — and our structural data is being certified by an independent Professional Engineer, not generated in a marketing department.

Material Traceability

Every Heat, Documented

Because we buy flat-rolled coil directly from U.S. domestic mills, every StrutStak channel traces back to a clean mill test certificate — documented chemistry, mechanical properties, and country of origin.

That paper trail matters. It satisfies rigid commercial engineering standards and keeps StrutStak product aligned with “Buy American” procurement mandates on federal and institutional projects.

  • Mill test certificates on every heat of domestic coil we purchase.
  • Country-of-origin documentation from mill through finished product.
  • Consistent galvanized finishes — Pre-Galvanized (G90) and Hot-Dip Galvanized.
  • Automated production — roll-forming and 15-head spot welding at regular 2″–3″ centers for uniform, repeatable output.

Engineering Data

PE-Certified Load Data Is On the Way

Structural load tables and physical performance testing for the full StrutStak line are being finalized under independent Professional Engineer review. When complete, PE-stamped load tables will be published here — verified capacity data engineers can take straight into project approvals.

  • Load tables — beam and column capacity across spans and configurations, engineered to cold-formed steel standards.
  • Physical testing — independent laboratory verification of structural performance.
  • PE stamp — certified documentation for large-scale engineering project approvals.
