Illinois — StrutStak Systems is preparing to bring a new American strut channel manufacturer to market in the fourth quarter of 2026, serving building-materials distributors and general contractors in the data center construction sector.
The company’s 60,000 square foot production and logistics facility in Illinois is fully equipped and operational, with three continuous automated roll-forming lines and two 15-head automated assembly welders producing standard 1-5/8″ strut channel in solid, slotted, single, and back-to-back configurations.
Every StrutStak channel is roll-formed from 100% U.S. domestic mill steel — a sourcing commitment the company believes sets it apart in a market dominated by imported product. Structural load tables and physical performance testing are currently under independent Professional Engineer review ahead of launch.
The launch lineup includes twelve channel configurations across three profile depths, with a full line of fittings and accessories to follow. Distributor and supply-house partnership conversations are underway now.
Independent Professional Engineer certification of StrutStak’s structural load tables is in progress, covering beam and column loading across all twelve channel configurations. Certified tables will be published on the Quality & Certifications page when finalized — watch this space.
